received phone call from Girl Scout Troop at Davey School. They will be putting together Bedroom Kits for us to receive in November.

Met with the Childhood Development Center(CDC) at Kent State University by invitation. They have expressed great intent on helping us further our mission. We are humbled and excited to be able to have folks join up to take action.

The CDC is interested in helping us to obtain resources and to volunteer alongside us.

Responded to single mom with three kids living in empty apartment. They had a couch and loveseat that they were renting from Rent-A-Center. We were able to provide two twin beds, queen bed and toddler mattress. We are still in need of a toddler bed frame and all other household items.

We will respond with the rest of her wishlist by Saturday, October 16.

3rd veteran moved out through Freedom House efforts in 3 days.
Client was 90% completed with furnishings. We are still in need of full bed.

2 veterans moved in and completely furnished.
One veteran was homeless on the streets of Ravenna the day he was moved into his new apartment.
Labor provided primarily through the Freedom House.
